About Me

I am very honored to be part of the Alice King Community and believe strongly in the mission and vision of the school.

My wife and I  started our journey with our own children many years ago.

We know how frustrating it can be when your kids don't easily fit into the system.  We started by researching everything we could about the brain, and finding every possible resource we could to help our children reach their potential. We knew that early intervention was key. Needless to say the investments paid off and our children are doing well.

“Every child needs the chance to succeed.”

They do that by having many opportunities to practice with their peers.

In addition to working with the K-3 Classrooms at AKCS, I am the founder and director of "Achieve Fit Kids” (www.achievefitkids.org) a company that supports unique learners with challenges with anxiety, attention, focus and organizational skills.

I have worked with children with a variety of different learning styles in educational and non-education settings for many years. Prior to working at Alice King, I was teaching one of the District Autism Programs within the Public School System... using active movement and peer modeling to help support student success .
